The Vision of Hope Fund Request for Proposals provides sufficient information to enable applicants to prepare and submit proposals for funding consideration by the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape's Vision of Hope Fund. PCAR launched the fund in July 2005 as a campaign to raise funds to promote critical research, effective prevention strategies, adult responsibility and accountability, and crisis response to sexually victimized children.
