Ex-policeman wanted in Indiana for violations

An ex-Altoona police officer charged with having a sexual relationship with a teenage girl is wanted in another state for violating orders not to have contact with her.

Arrest warrants were issued Friday in Indiana for Herrick ''Rick'' Joseph Johnson, 50, of 921 25th Ave.

Johnson, who served the Altoona Police Department for 22 years, is charged with invasion of privacy, a class B misdemeanor, according to Indiana court documents.
